NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

Pursuant to section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, that due to the resignation of Councillor Matthew Donovan, a vacancy has arisen in the Office of Council for New Mills Town Council, Ollersett Ward.

If by 8 May 2025 (14* days after the date of this notice, not counting Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to:
