I've lived in the North West for nearly 40 years, starting out in Salford and gradually moving out via Romiley, Marple and, for the last three years in New Mills.

I'm proud to have recently been co-opted onto New Mills Town Council. After a career in IT, I chaired the Marple Neighbourhood Forum for four years and I'm passionate about local democracy and empowerment. New Mills is a great community and I hope I can do my bit to make it even better.
